I met SGT Evans for the first time June 2021. We were classmates at ALC a course I attended at Fort Jackson, SC. The vibes were like that from day one. When I say, he came to school ready to work; ya’ll he was ready! He literally had the entire photography studio in his trunk minus the backdrops. I did have my Cannon Rebel T7 camera to take photos while away, but I wouldn’t consider myself a “professional”. When I found out he did photography, it was up from there.
Throughout the duration of the course SGT Evans did multiple shoots for people on base. He used his free time, to brush up his skills and keep his business flowing while away from home. I became an honorary assistant for awhile, traveling with him for shoots to assist anyway I can. It was a joy being around such a talented individual and watching him work. I got a session in also. I’m absolutely passionate about photography.

It has absolutely helped me with my time management skills.
What advice would you give others on running a successful business?
Make sure you’re doing something you love and enjoy; that way work doesn’t feel like job.
