The world opened up, so the girls and I decided to catch a flight. We spent the weekend in Orlando, FL and we did it all for under $300 a person.

Our Airbnb was EVERYTHING! The villa was beautiful, very clean, and equipped with all the necessities.
Let’s get into these living arrangements, shall we! The pictures do the location no justice. This place was amazing!
Day One in Orlando – Arrived at 8:00 p.m Friday night.
After checking into the AirBnB, we hit the night life scene. We ended up at Aria’s Hookah Lounge and Bar. It was a chill vibe, good music, and drinks. Social distancing was not an issue as every group had their own sitting area and masks were required when not in your personal group setting. The #Hookah spot closed at 2:00 am.
Day Two In Orlando
Day two was a free day. We slept in until about 11:00 am, grabbed breakfast from Maple Street Biscuit Company and headed to find a beach. You must try “The Farmer” Biscuit! Thank me later. We traveled for a little over an hour before finding a beach or should I say a body of water. The nearest beaches were at least an hour or so drive. We found a man-made #beach (I forgot the name of it) and decided to make the best of it. We soaked up some sun and had a mini photoshoot.
The beach had a drink/smoothie shop and a restaurant/bar. Parking was not free! It wasn’t until after we left the beach that we realized were on the wrong side. The side we were on was real chill with families laying out and kids building sand castles, more of the laid back side. The action was a few steps further down aka the turn up. Had we walked a few more steps, we could have rode jet skis and did other water sports. All in all, we relaxed, got a tan, sipped wine, listed to music and just enjoyed the views.
Day Three in Orlando – Sea World
I was proud of myself! #SeaWorld is now my favorite theme park.
We attended the Orca Show and It was great! I enjoyed learning about the killer whales, their habitat and watching them do tricks. The shows did fill up fast due to COVID measures. They did not allow seating to capacity.
Tip: Do not sit in the first few rows (Splash Zone). You will leave soaked. If you sit at the top, in the middle, you will still have a great view. During our visit, we were not able to attend the Dolphin show due to updates to the dolphin theater.
After a full day at Sea World, our day ended at The Hampton Social for food and drinks. It was a whole vibe!
Check out my reel on instagram for more on what we ordered and a glimpse inside this amazing restaurant.
Thank you for reading my travels during COVID. I hope you enjoyed it.
